Purine bases are Adenine (A), Guanine (G). Pyrimidine bases are Cytosine (C) and Thymine (T)Purine bases are Adenine (A), Guanine (G). Pyrimidine bases are Cytosine  (C) and Uracil (U) is in place of Thymine.
DNA has equal proportion of purines and pyrimidine.Purines and pyrimidine are not in equal proportion.
DNA is hereditary material of all organisms. It is not hereditary material except some viruses.
It carries genetic information from generations to generations.RNA participates in protein synthesis.
It is found in chromosomes, chloroplasts, and mitochondria. It is found in nucleolus, cytoplasm, and ribosome.
